His response time is excellent, his pricing is very reasonable. He's a climber so you don't end up with giant ruts in your yard, and he doesn't use spikes so there is no collateral damage to your trees. The clean up was satisfactory, (as good or better than anyone else I've dealt with).

The first was a large maple tree that was hanging over a delicate 30+ yr old Japanese maple and touching the house and clay tile roof. This tree came down beautifully!
