This job of sealing I have had done by other firms not one of them could match the work of Rosas The drive still looks brand new and there was no fuel oil smell as Tosas does not spray sealer on our drive was done either 2 or 3 years ago

Had to negotiate price to local competitive pricing. Original quote excessively high. But... exceptional work. Had to wait for a while to schedule but worth it.

Very polite, make sure area to be sealed is clean from all degris. No use of fuel oil or other products to do a spry on job, all sealer came from a tar wagon and was distributed in 5 gal pails and finish was great have had many compliments on how driveway look.
