GE recommended these folks for a warranty matter on an existing system. Their rep disassembled the softener, called GE and GE canceled the warranty due to *chlorine* in the tank. The rep tried to sell us a $4,000 system to replace the GE softener. And then left the home without cleaning up the mess…
