This Handyman requires 4hrs minimum $90/ hr. Even if they finish job in 2 hour they charge 4 hours. Quality of work was poor. Can not be trusted leave them alone and they will complete the job. Must be present all the time baby sit them. They will cut corner charge more for time then they spend it.…

Contractor called, came out, gave me an estimate, indicated he would be back the end of the week to complete the work. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting. If you don't want to do the job--just say so up front so other arrangements can be made.
