Steve, the owner is extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. What I liked about him mostly was that he was generous with his knowledge and advice. He was organized, onetime and efficient not to mention courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone as a great plumber.

Arrived on time. Replaced failing water heater. Advised of end-of-life well tank and replaced that as well as performed a no-charge repair of other aged connections.

This was a total renovation of my bathroom and Steve Smith and John Coco did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will use them again as I need any other work. I had to do nothing but watch, and the end result was more than I expected.
