Get a written estimate. The tree removal was okay, the guy that works for the company took a lot of "breaks" and took a long time on the job. One of the trees was big. They did a really good job of trimming my shrubs and trees. My property was pretty overgrown. I do think they could have done a little better job of cleaning up downed limbs. Overall I am pleased an found it is not that easy to find someone to trim shrubs. I have a lot of them.
